| Basement | $36,580 – $84,940 |

What British Columbia asks of you
British Columbia has no general renovation licence, with one real exception. Building-envelope work at or above $10,000 requires a licensed building envelope renovator, and that work carries the statutory 2-5-10 year warranty. It is the province's only renovation-specific licence, and it is easy to miss.

How much work should you expect?
Honestly: we are still building this network, and how much work reaches you will vary. We would rather you join knowing that than be disappointed after a month. Every lead is free right now, so there is nothing to lose while it grows.
